After St. Mary’s Street intersection (ESC on left; Bishops Park condos on right)
Exit for Glenwood Avenue to right
Turn right at top of exit ramp (Methodist Building now on your right, up-hill)
Turn immediate next right into Methodist Building parking lot (about 50 yds)
Entrance is on right side of building (as you face it from Glenwood)
Parking is available on right-hand-side and rear of building

From I-40 (westbound)

Stay on I-40 and exit at South Saunders Street for downtown
Follow South Saunders Street (becomes McDowell Street) through Raleigh
It will lead directly onto Capital Blvd as you pass through Raleigh
Stay in right hand lane (as convenient) and take exit for Wade Avenue/Airport
Pass the first Glenwood Avenue/US70 exit (heading outbound)
Go under Glenwood Avenue overpass and immediately exit to the right
Right hand turn onto Glenwood from exit ramp
Cross over Wade Avenue and go past the right hand turn back onto Wade
Methodist Building is now on your right
Take next right into Methodist Building parking lot
Entrance is on right side of building (as you face it from Glenwood)
Parking is available on right-hand-side and rear of building

From US 70 (North)

Follow Glenwood Ave heading into Raleigh
Go through Five Points – Hayes Barton intersection (Whitaker Mill Rd., Fairview Ave, Glen Ave, and Glenwood Dr. roads)
Cross over Wade Avenue (about ¾ mile) and go past the two right hand turns onto Wade
Methodist Building is now on your right
Take next right to Methodist Building parking lot
Entrance is on the right side of building (as you face it from Glenwood)
Parking is available on right-hand-side and rear of building

From US 70 (South)

As you enter Raleigh exit US 70 and follow signs for South Saunders St.
Follow South Saunders Street (becomes McDowell Street) through Raleigh
It will lead directly onto Capital Blvd as you pass through Raleigh
Stay in right hand lane (as convenient) and take exit for Wade Avenue/Airport
Pass the first Glenwood Avenue/US70 exit (heading outbound)
