From I-40 East
After I-40 merges with beltline (I-440), merge right and take Hammond Road Exit.
At traffic light at end of exit ramp, turn right onto Hammond Road.
Follow Hammond Road (which will become Person Street) to Polk Street (approx. 2.5 miles)
Turn left onto Polk Street and go one block to intersection with Blount Street.
OAH (Capehart-Crocker and Lee Houses) is located on the left corner of Polk and Blount Streets.
From I-40 West
After I-40 merges with beltline (I-440) follow until Hammond Road Exit.

Follow Hammond Road (which will become Person Street) to Polk Street (approx. 2.5 miles)
Turn left onto Polk Street and go one block to intersection with Blount Street.
OAH (Capehart-Crocker and Lee Houses) is located on the left corner of Polk and Blount Streets.
From Durham on HWY 70
Follow Hwy 70 (which will become Glenwood Avenue) to Peace Street.
Take left onto Peace Street.
Follow Peace to Blount Street. (approximately ½ mile)
Turn right onto Blount Street.
Go one block to intersection of Blount and Polk Streets.
OAH (Capehart-Crocker and Lee Houses) is located on the left corner of Polk and Blount Streets.
From HWY 64 East
Follow Hwy 64 East. (which will become New Bern Avenue)
Follow New Bern Avenue (which will become Edenton Street) to Person Street (approx. 2 miles)
Turn right onto Person Street.
Go four blocks to Polk Street.
Turn left onto Polk Street and go one block to intersection with Blount Street.
OAH (Capehart-Crocker and Lee Houses) is located on the left corner of Polk and Blount Streets.
